Sage BFS800BSS The Steam Zone

The Steam Zone from Sage is a brand new steamer cooker that will allow you to steam extra small and larger quantities of food with less flavour contamination than with conventional steamers. The Steam Zone features a 40cm Steam tray for larger items and two 18cm steam pans for smaller items. A ‘sync finish’ and ‘split zone’ function allow you to independently control each side and have ingredients ready at the same time, even if they require different cooking times.
