The Timer function automatically switches off the required cooking zone and there's also a Quick Pause function that conveniently switches all (or only one) cooking zones to a low power setting - ideal for when the phone or doorbell rings. When you’re ready again, touch it a second time to return immediately to your original power level. Induction cooking is the safest form of surface cooking as it is the pan that heats and not the hob. The magnetic coil beneath the ceramic glass surface cause a magnetic reaction to occur in pans that are suitable for use with induction hobs. For added safety, a child lock is fitted as standard.
