The Nikon D5600 Digital SLR Camera Body is a mid-range DSLR designed for hobbyists who wish to explore the creative world of photography. The D5600 utilises a 3.2" vari-angle touchscreen, 24-megapixel DX-format sensor, EXPEED 4 processor, and a 39-point AF system, same as its predecessor. There are, of course, new features such as Bluetooth and NFC connectivity; enhanced touchscreen functionality; and time-lapse movie mode.

- Comes equipped with new SnapBridge connectivity that allows for syncing photos to a smart device and remote control of the camera
- Features a 24.2MP DX-format sensor (no optical low-pass filter) and an EXPEED 4 image-processing engine
- Users benefit from 5fps continuous shooting and an ISO of 100-25,600
- Utilises 39-point AF system including nine cross-type points
- Capable of Full HD 1080p video recording at 50/60p as well as a brand new time-lapse movie mode
- For improved operability a 3.2" vari-angle touchscreen LCD, 1,037k dots with new enhancements has been employed
- Pentamirror optical viewfinder offering approx. 95% of coverage is also included
- Other features include Picture Control 2.0, built-in stereo microphones, and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/NFC connectivity
- The camera has a Monocoque Carbon-Reinforced shell and weighs only approx. 415g making it tough yet lightweight to take to any shoot
- Compatible with the full range of DX-format NIKKOR lenses and a large selection of FX-format lenses
- There are plenty of accessories available for the Nikon D5600 such as Nikon's speedlights or the ME-1 Stereo Microphone
