Manfrotto Manual Follow Focus

For DSLR-toting videographers who utilise manual focusing but desirous of smoother and more accurate results, Manfrotto's Follow Focus unit is worthy of serious consideration. The design features hard stops, no backlash and is compatible with a huge variety of DSLR lenses and 15mm rod systems.

Zero backlash
The new Manfrotto follow focus features a zero backlash mechanism (no play between FF and lens movement) that enables the operator to pull focus precisely.

Hard Stops
If the operator needs to select a focus range between two points, the product features optional integrated hard stops.

Friction Wheel/ Drive Gear
They can be attached to the front or rear of the double- sided drive. They engage with the camera lens to set focus.

Double-sided drive
The gear mechanism can be rotated 180 degrees depending on the operator's preference.

Upper Slide bridge
When the follow focus is mounted on the rods, it accommodates a variety of lens diameters and adjusts by simply being moved to the left or to the right.
