Hitech 100mm Graduated Neutral Density 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 Hard Edge Filter Kit

The Hitech 100 x 125mm Neutral Density Grad Filter Kit (hard edge) includes 3 professional quality graduated filters (0.3, 0.6 & 0.9) with hard graduations, making it ideally suited to landscape shots with flat horizons. The Hitech 100 Neutral Density Graduated filters enable the shooter to adjust exposure without affecting colour balance. Exposure can be increased by 1, 2, 3 stops to suit individual situations. The ND grads are clear at the bottom half with a gradual transition of the ND effect in the top half of the filter. They produce a grey neutral tone and are used to reduce light, enabling more control over the exposure and depth of field without affecting colour or contrast. For example, when photographing landscapes in which the sky is much brighter than the foreground, placing the neutral density part of the filter onto the sky in the frame will reduce the sky exposure without affecting the foreground.
